First floor : 1 bedroom (1 bed 140×190), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90×200) ; partly renovated in 2021, 1 shower room (Italian shower (2023), basin, WC. Covered sunset terrace (with garden furniture).
Heating according to consumption (EDF current rate), pellet stove (6€/bag consumed) warm gite on arrival.
Region rich in outdoor activities : mountain biking, hiking (hiking guide available), hang-gliding, snowshoeing, cross-country and downhill skiing (Prabouré ski resort, summer and winter activities). Numerous events (Rand’Auvergne, cyclo les copains, festival de la Chaise Dieu (45min))
