>Ground floor : light, comfort and lake view
31 m² south-facing living room, bathed in light and open onto the garden and lake.
You’ll find a cosy sitting area with two sofas, a fireplace for cocooning evenings, a family table for 6, internet TV and free wifi.
-Fully equipped independent kitchen : 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster… not forgetting direct access to the large lean-to and rear garden.
-Chambre Lac : a charming 11 m² double bedroom overlooking the garden and lake.
-Bright 11 m² bathroom with shower, double washbasin and washing machine.
-Separate toilet with washbasin.

>Upstairs : peaceful nights between lake and forest
Lake view room : beautiful 14.6 m² room, with a queen-size bed (160×200, new in 2022), and an unobstructed view of the lake.
-Forest view room : cosy 9.6 m² room with twin beds and view of the greenery.
