Located on the 2nd and top floor of a typical Sancy house, this two-star 17m Carrez apartment (35 m² floor area) comprises a living room/kitchen, and upstairs, under the roof, a bathroom and a through-roofed bedroom with beautiful views of the village and mountains.

On entering :

– a fully-equipped kitchen with small dishwasher, microwave oven, mini-steamer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, plunger teapot/coffee maker and raclette machine. Extendable table, console table, armchairs and stools.

Upstairs, under the roof :

– bathroom with corner bath, WC and clothesline.

– bedroom : three beds (a 140×190 Bultex double and two 80×190 single trundle beds with professional-quality mattresses), HDTV with DVD/blu-ray player, Nes Mini games console, plenty of storage space and a desk area. Books, hiking guides, board games and DVDs are also available.
Your children will feel right at home here !

Mind your head (especially for taller children) : the bathroom and upstairs bedroom are attic rooms, 2.10 m high in the middle, with two through-beams.

The Velux windows in the bedroom are all equipped with blinds and solar-powered electric shutters.

In the common areas on the first floor, an open rack is provided for storing skis and boots, under your own responsibility.

The accommodation is fully equipped for babies : booster seat, bathtub, potty, cot and mattress.

We don’t have a washing machine, but there’s a launderette in the town center.

You’ll need to provide your own sheets : you can bring your own or rent them on site. Double bed : 20€ (including 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person and a bath mat). 15€ for a single bed. Please let us know before your arrival if you are interested in this option. We provide mattress covers free of charge.

Convenient, free street parking close to the accommodation.

The adjoining garden is private property and you do not have access to it.

We attach great importance to environmental protection (green and local electricity supplier, ecological cleaning products…) Please take this into account for your water and electricity consumption and for waste sorting.
Access to an open, shared ski rack on the first floor, in the corridor (under your responsibility).
It is possible to hire a mobile mini modem from the Le Mont-Dore Tourist Office.
The apartment is officially classified as a “meublé de tourisme” ☀️☀️

TO KNOW :

– Keys and inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure by appointment.

– Bed linen and towels not provided. Possibility of renting on site (please let us know before arrival).

– Cleaning must be done scrupulously before departure.
