Charming house located in the heart of town, you enter via the Avenue des Belges. The main room opens onto a lovely kitchen with exposed stonework and a toilet. The 1st floor features a spacious bedroom with storage space and a shower room. The 2nd floor suite, in the attic, is the children’s bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed, so you can enjoy this space in total peace and quiet. Bonus : the cellar has been converted into a laundry room, accessible from outside the house by descending the public staircase on the right. This laundry room offers space for a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, clothes line and bicycle parking. Finally, for summer evenings, a small terrace at the bottom of the public staircase leading up to the laundry room is ideal for aperitifs and other moments of relaxation. All you have to do is arrange the tables and chairs as you wish.
