You’ll also enjoy access to a private terrace, exclusively reserved for you throughout your stay—perfect for relaxing outdoors.
End-of-stay cleaning is available as an optional service (€70).
Parking is usually easy and available nearby, particularly on the square in front of the church.
Just steps away, you’ll find the beautiful 12th-century Saint-Léger Church, open to visitors and hosting seasonal concerts. A short stroll from the apartment, the Maison du Passé invites you to explore the rich history of Royat.
Enjoy direct access to the peaceful Thermal Park just behind the house, via the picturesque “Grotte des Laveuses.” The setting is calm and relaxing—perfect for unwinding during your stay.
All essential shops are within easy walking distance: a bakery and butcher just 200 meters away, and at Place Joseph Claussat (400 meters), you’ll find a Spar grocery store, a bookstore-tobacconist, and a hair salon. A larger Intermarché supermarket is also available 3 km away in nearby Ceyrat.
Public transport is convenient and runs daily from Monday to Sunday. During the spa season, a shuttle service is available upon request (See with Thermal Station). The thermal baths are just a pleasant 15-minute walk through the Thermal Park—a favorite route for spa guests.
