La Gariotte is located just outside the village of Meilhaud in the Couze Pavin valley, near the town of Issoire, close to shops and the A75 motorway.

Arrival after 5pm, departure before 10am, times can be adapted according to demand.

Prices and payment methods
- Week : 390 to 550 € (Short stays possible in low and mid season.
- 30% deposit on reservation, balance on arrival.)
- Security deposit : 350 € (Security deposit
- The deposit will be returned the week following the customer's departure. Any damage will be invoiced and deducted from the deposit.)
- Cleaning fee at the end of your stay : 80 €.
- Electricity : beyond the 8 kwh per day included in the price, customers will be billed the price per additional kwh.
- Electric heating according to consumption,
- Pellet stove heating : 3 bags of pellets offered to tenants, will be charged the amount of 10.00 € per additional bag (about 3 bags during cold weather).
