To reach the terrace of La Grande Cabane du Lac, you have to climb 43 steps from the covered parking lot, but from there… what a view !
To enjoy it in all weathers, the chalet has a large covered terrace enclosed to the west by large bay windows, where you can share good times, whether with the pleasures of fine dining around the large outdoor table, keeping fit on the elliptical bike or bubbling away in the calm of the spa.

On the leisure side, the chalet also boasts a magnificent pool table in local colors, as well as a real foosball table for lively games. If all that sport tires you out, you can relax on the large sofas in front of the wood-burning stove after the countless hikes and visits the Sancy massif has to offer.

The chalet has 4 bedrooms, including a suite (double bed in 160 and shower room) on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 90, 1 bedroom with a double bed in 160 and another bedroom with a double bed in 160 and private covered balcony), a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower and 3 toilets. The central island kitchen, close to both the outside and inside dining tables, will enable everyone to participate in the preparation of Auvergne recipes based on regional products. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the facilities. Free Wi-Fi access, beds made on arrival and towels provided. An ideal location for a vacation close to the beaches of Lac Chambon or the ski slopes of Super-Besse.
