La Grange du Magma is a large stone house typical of the Auvergne region, tastefully renovated to welcome families or groups of friends in search of simple, joyful moments.
Located in the village of Saulzet-le-Froid, this former barn has been transformed into a warm cocoon where old-world charm meets modern comfort.
Right in the heart of the Massif du Sancy, this gîte is the ideal starting point for nature walks, outdoor activities and local discoveries. In summer and winter alike, you can choose between hiking, swimming, snow sports, charming villages and gourmet breaks.
A cosy nest for families who love to get together !

The gîte comprises, on the first floor
– A large living room for lively meals, board games at the end of the day or quiet evenings by the stove.
– An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere.
– A suite with a 160cm bed, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a dressing room.
– A practical laundry room for laundry and returning from nature activities.
– A separate toilet

1st floor :
– A bedroom with a 160cm bed, plenty of storage space and a desk.
– A bedroom with a 90cm bed and a 160cm bed that can be separated into two 80cm beds, ideal for children, cousins or friends.
– A bedroom with a 140cm bed
– Bathroom with double washbasin and hydromassage shower
– Separate WC
– A mezzanine with a TV lounge area and hammocks suspended from the old beams for relaxing, reading or playing in peace and quiet.

An interior staircase leads down to an enclosed garden, safe for children, perfect for playing, reading or enjoying the fresh air. You’ll find garden furniture, a barbecue and outdoor games.
It’s the perfect place to improvise a picnic, let the kids loose or simply relax in the sun.
