On the 1st floor (kitchen side): bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom and WC.
On the 1st floor (living room side): mezzanine leading to bathroom and WC, bedroom with 1 double bed.
On the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms with 140 beds, bedroom with 1 110 bed, possibility of having an additional 90 bed and 1 travel cot for babies.
Outside: covered space, a small garden with terrace. Parking spaces for 2 cars.
The house is located in the village of Servant. You will find there: bakery, multi-sports ground, playground, lake for swimming and authorized fishing, bar-snack-restaurant, paths for walking and hiking, running and cycling.
Nearby: Sioule gorges with canoeing, fishing, via ferrata, tree climbing park and restaurants, Wolframines mineral museum, Château Rocher, Chouvigny castle, Saint-Eloy-les-Mines (shops, Saturday morning market, la Mine), Bellenaves (market on Wednesday mornings).
