The house comprises a first living room with TV, a second with sofas and children’s games, and a large, bright dining room. Adjacent, you’ll find a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace with its unobstructed view over the valley.
On the lower floor you’ll find a toilet with water point, a sitting area with TV and a bedroom with two stackable 80 cm single beds (which can be converted into a 160 cm double bed). This is followed by a garage with washing machine, tumble dryer and outdoor furniture.
On the upper floor, the house features a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms : the first with 2 bunk beds and 2 stackable single beds, the second with 2 stackable single beds and the last with a 160 cm double bed. These bedrooms are accompanied by a shower room with WC and a bathroom.

Its location makes it the ideal place to put down your suitcases and set off to discover the riches of the Auvergne (gastronomy, lakes, hiking, skiing) or remarkable sites (castles, caves, wildlife park), all within easy reach !
