It’s ideally located in the heart of the spa town of La Bourboule. There’s plenty to do in the immediate vicinity : Fenestre Park is just 200 m away, a magnificent 12-hectare wooded area, part of which has been converted into a children’s playground : a veritable amusement park with numerous games such as mini-golf, the Far West Train, the Fenest’Tower…
You can also visit the Charlannes plateau, criss-crossed by hiking and mountain-biking trails, and in winter enjoy sledging, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

The house is entirely on one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility : fully accessible shower room and bedroom doors to standard. As you enter the gîte, you’ll find a large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with pellet stove. The hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 80cm beds that can be joined to make a double, and a bedroom with 2 90cm beds that can be joined to make a double, and a shower room/wc. This room is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A great advantage of this house is its outside grounds, with private parking and a lovely terrace in the heart of town.
The outdoor spaces will be completed in spring 2022.
