Magnificent buron with pond and pontoon, fully renovated and eco-responsible, 10 min from Le Mont-Dore and 1 km from the center of La Bourboule, on one hectare of wooded land, ideal for couples or families.

The buron (an old traditional stone building housing men and animals during the summer months) is entirely self-sufficient : electricity, heating and hot water are solar-powered, with the wood-burning stove (supplied by you) taking over if the sun is insufficient. This peaceful spot offers peace and authenticity.

First floor : living room with fitted kitchen, wood-burning stove and reading area. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

Upstairs : bright relaxation area overlooking the pond and sleeping area : convertible sofa (140 cm), “boat” bed (110 cm), “cabin-style” mezzanine with 2 single beds (90 cm) (access via miller’s ladder).
Options : bed made up on arrival (€12 for 1 bed), bathroom linen hire
(4 € / per ).

Access only by 4×4 or on foot (2-minute walk, slightly uphill). Parking at the bottom of the path.
