The magnificent must-see sites of the Sancy massif are just around the corner : Less than 10 minutes : Murol and its medieval castle, Lac Chambon, the Chaudefour valley nature reserve, landscapes and mountains accessible by numerous hiking trails, as well as the resorts of Mont Dore and La Bourboule, and the cable car up to Puy de Sancy 1886m. 20 minutes : the magnificent Lac Pavin crater lake and Besse, a small town full of character.
30 minutes away, discover the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site with 80 volcanoes, including Puy de Dôme and Pariou.
