A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (microwave oven, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster…).
One bedroom with 160 cm double bed, dressing room and private shower room.
Separate WC.

First floor :
A mezzanine sleeping area with two 90 cm single beds and storage space,
A 2nd private bathroom with shower and WC.

There’s also a private room on the first floor with a washing machine, where you can store your skis, toboggans and bicycles.

The apartment is ideally located :
Very quiet location just 100 m from shops, cinemas and restaurants. Enjoy a delicious truffade, blueberry tart and mulled wine after skiing, not forgetting our famous AOP Auvergne cheeses !

A free shuttle bus stop is less than 200 m away : access to the ski resort or Nordic area (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing…) at weekends and during school vacations.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING / COMPULSORY DISINFECTION : €84

On request :
– Weekly/additional linen change during stay : €18/person/change.

CURE PACKAGE (21 nights) : Minimum 25% discount on the normal rate for the duration of the stay (excluding tourist tax). Please do not hesitate to contact us.
SHORT STAYS : Possibility of staying outside school vacations on request.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE :
– Tourist tax : €1.49 /day/adult (4* and 3-key accommodation).
– The cost of electricity (heating, DHW and other electrical consumption) which will be invoiced and paid on consumption statement (at cost price) at the end of the stay.
