The garden is to the front and rear of the house. The house is comfortable and fenced, with plenty of shade, trees and a lovely view of the hill. Garden furniture is available.

The living room, brightened up by a wood-burning stove, has a comfortable sofa and plenty of seating, a TV with DVD and DVD player, a PlayStation 3 with games and a CD player. In the attractive dining room, you can sit comfortably on a sofa or chairs (highchair available) and the kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. Downstairs for practicality : toilet and washing machine.

On the second floor are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a 1.60 x 2 m double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with 2 80 x 2 m mattresses. Both with single comforters. The spacious bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. In the former attic, another bedroom has been elaborated with a double bed with 2 mattresses 90 by 2.20 m with a comforter 2.40-2.20. A cot has also been placed here. Of course, bedside tables and lamps and various pillows have been added.

Next to the house is the garage (35m2). In addition to the garage, we converted the former stable into a cool arcade / man cave / meeting place.

The village of Cunlhat with bakery, butcher, bank and small supermarket is just 5 minutes from our house. You’ll also find the Cunlhat leisure lake, for a nice swim or play in the sand.

There’s a restaurant with a terrace where you can enjoy a drink or lunch. On Wednesdays, there’s a lovely authentic market with regional produce.
