You enter via a vestibule with a large closet where you can leave your bags, jackets, shoes, etc.
Shower room with cupboards, vanity unit, shower, towel rail and toilet.

A washing machine is available free of charge.

Bright, fully-equipped kitchen with island and 2 high stools with backrests, opening onto a small office area and the living room. You can relax on a sofa, read, play games, watch TV or your personal streaming platforms (connected TV and internet box with fiber).

Bedroom with 140×200 double bed, two bedside tables and ample storage space with closet. Window shutters.

Bed linen and towels provided.

A 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station, close to transport, shops and places of interest.

The street is pedestrianized, quiet and protected by bollards.

There are 5 paid parking spaces, including one reserved for the disabled, right next door on rue Neyron. You can leave your car nearby while you unload your luggage.

To park :

– A few street parking spaces (pay parking except on Sundays and public holidays).
– Surface parking at Place d’Espagne, or underground “Cathédrale” or “Blaise Pascal” parking lots a 5-7 minute walk away.
– Parking relais des Pistes, integrated public transport fare.

Arrival from 2pm and departure before 11am.
No key box, welcome in person or collect keys from a partner retailer.
