– a laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
* Upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds and fitted closets,
– A relaxation area with TV and sofa bed,
– Bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.

* Adjoining the house is an old, unheated coach house converted into a games room, where you’ll find a sofa, table and chairs for relaxing, and a billiards table, table tennis, table soccer and darts.

Additional details :
– Garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs complete the gîte’s facilities.

– The courtyard is enclosed and parking is possible.

– Bed linen and towels are provided.
– Nursery equipment is available on request (cot, highchair, bathtub, bed rail, changing table).

Near the gîte, hiking trails of almost 4 hours are available for walkers and hikers.

6 km away is the Parc Animalier d’Auvergne, a large municipal swimming pool open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a hiking trail of almost 4 hours for walkers and hikers.

At 6 km there is the Auvergne Wildlife Park, a large municipal swimming pool open from April to October, a mini-market with bread, a pizzeria, a tobacconist, a gas station, a recharging point for electric cars, a bank, a doctor, a pharmacist, a hairdresser.

Just 5 km away are two rivers : the couze d’Ardes and the Alagnon for fishing enthusiasts, and 3 ski resorts : Super Besse and Le Mont-Dore in the Puy-de-Dôme (1 hour) and Le Super Lioran in the Cantal (1 hour 15).
