Recent detached house, built in a charming chalet style and equipped with central heating.
It benefits from an enclosed garden all around, a large garage and parking, all within a stone’s throw of the town center.

With its excellent south-west exposure, the house offers unobstructed views of the mountains, in a private, quiet and sunny neighborhood.

It’s right next to the shuttle bus service to the thermal baths in summer and the ski slopes in winter (available at weekends and during school vacations). Nearby, you’ll also find the start of numerous hiking trails, a horse-riding center, a lake, the Léchades green park and a pétanque court.

The spacious, light-filled 50 m² living room features a wood-burning stove (wood supplied) and direct access to the garden.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms : one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds.

Reception and assistance are provided by the owner, who is committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible.
