All-wood chalet, on basement, close to the ski slopes of the Mont-Dore Sancy resort and halfway to the town of Le Mont-Dore. Close to a free shuttle bus stop during the winter season (every day during vacations and only on weekends outside vacations). It has a large sliding bay opening onto a sunny balcony with a view of the Massif du Sancy.

Living area with sofa and armchairs. Dining area with TV and DVD player. Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and 4 place settings.

Ground-floor bedroom with 140×190 double bed on top-of-the-range 2019 Bultex mattress. Upstairs, accessible via a fairly steep miller’s ladder (not suitable for small children), 3 single beds 90×190.

Closed garage 20 meters from the chalet.
