Les herbes folles is a little nod to my previous career as a set designer on film sets, an inspiring profession that can also be found in my cottages.
My brief experience in the kitchen in Brussels, and my passion for it, have inspired me to offer you delicious breakfasts and aperitif baskets made with local, seasonal produce.

My chalets are located in an atypical setting, surrounded by rock, plants and trees (over 200 varieties and 2000 plants). Come and relax in a warm, peaceful setting, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. You can use our Nordic baths and sauna, as well as breakfast and aperitif baskets, to make the most of a good rest at Les Herbes Folles.
Just two minutes from Champeix, “petite cité de caractère”, and fifteen minutes from the center of Issoire, with its shops, restaurants and magnificent Romanesque Abbey of Saint-Austremoine, you’ll be able to stroll between town and fresh air in just a few minutes.
