The gîte is on the first floor on the Rue des Ecureuils side and at the rear of the Avenue de la Bourboule, within a village house that includes another apartment with independent access.

It comprises a spacious, bright living room with a deco spirit : a super-equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable, spacious lounge and a shower room-wc.

On the second floor : two spacious bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and TV, and a shower room-wc. Finally, on the third and top floor, a vast attic bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 90cm bed and a TV, revealing the beautiful wooden framework. For your comfort, heating is included.
