No need to undo the sofa bed ! STUDIO 28 has a real bed with a quality mattress. Plenty of storage space (cupboards, closets with hangers, etc.).
The bathroom is optimized : 70 x 70 shower (watch out for the step !), washbasin with drawers, heated towel rail, full-length mirror and WC.
The 5 m² balcony is a real bonus room ! Facing south, it’s very pleasant and unoverlooked, with a table, two armchairs, a parasol and a clothesline.

Ideally located on Châtel-Guyon’s main avenue, with all amenities nearby (greengrocer, bakery, butcher, cheese shop, bar-restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, tourist office, bike rental, banks, boutiques, casino, theater, swimming pool, health professionals…).
