Bright, fully-renovated apartment featuring tasteful decor, fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and top-of-the-range bedding. Quiet location close to the center of La Bourboule, shared sunny garden with furniture and barbecue.

Comfortable bedding, fully-equipped kitchen, modern shower room, tasteful decor and cosy lounge, the apartment offers all the comforts and facilities to make your stay in La Bourboule a pleasant one.

With a surface area of 56 m², located on the first (and top) floor, the apartment features a comfortable, cosy living room and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine), with its own dining area.

The two large bedrooms can accommodate 5 people : the first bedroom has a double bed (160×200) and the second bedroom has three single beds (80×200). The modern bathroom features a shower, washbasin with vanity unit and toilet.

Guests have access to a quiet, sunny communal garden with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal not provided).
A ski room and bicycle racks are also available.

To make vacations easier for families and children, baby equipment is available at extra cost (high chair, cot with real mattress, stroller, etc.).

Free parking is available in front of the house or on the street.

Situated on the slopes of La Roche des Fées, with views over the Charlannes plateau and the forest, Le nid des Fées enjoys a peaceful location, yet remains within easy reach of the lively town center and the Grands Thermes de La Bourboule.
The Mont Dore ski resort can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. The shuttle bus stop for the Mont Dore ski resort is around 650 meters away (8 minutes on foot).

For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, cleaning costs are not optional.
Bed linen and towels are optional (extra charge). Linen will be provided on arrival. Beds are not made up.
