Our modern apartment is located in a character residence with elevator (a former hotel from the belle époque period) and has been completely refurbished.
Perfect for couples, families (with children), friends, travelers, solo or professionals. Ideally located : close to restaurants, entertainment, ski resorts, farm visits and other discoveries. St Nectaire is the gateway to the Parc des Volcans d’Auvergne : starting point for many hikes, close to lakes, volcanoes…

Prices and payment methods
- Free entry for children under 2.
- Price for 4 people –
- Weekend or overnight stay (2 nights) : €140 to €170
- Mid-Week (3 nights) : €210 to €255
- Overnight stays, 2 nights minimum (excluding winter vacations 4 nights minimum, July/August 7 nights minimum, 2 nights the rest of the year)
- Obligatory cleaning charge of €40 per stay (weekend, mid-week, nights, weeks) not included in the price. Tourist taxes extra.
- Options available :
- – Nursery equipment (new equipment, changing mat, high chair, bath rings, baby carrier (up to 4 months), cot + comfort mattress + baby bed linen).
- – Purchase of disposable sheets (very good quality) : 10 € beds 90, 15 € beds 140 and 160. To be reserved before your stay. For any purchase of sheets, the corresponding towel rental is offered per person. Beds made on arrival.
- – Wifi access : free.
- Tax not included.
