The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect and will also embrace you with authentic details.
Ideal for a peaceful stay, sporting activities and relaxation. Walking, cycling, reading a book or lazing around in the orchard, cooking or playing a game in the kitchen, you decide and enjoy. You will return home rested and recharged.
You enter the well-equipped kitchen, which has a gas stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The dining table with bench and chairs and the wood-burning stove make the kitchen a cosy space where you will enjoy spending time.
Downstairs you will also find the toilet and bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and washbasin.
There is a washing machine between the toilet and the bathroom.
In the kitchen, a fixed staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find the living room. Here you can enjoy beautiful views. There is a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a television with a chrome cabinet and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). You can store your clothes in the old-fashioned locker.
A second staircase leads to the attic, a lovely bright space where you can work or where the children can play freely. The adjoining bedroom, which is not closed off, has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
In addition to the wood-burning stove, which is the main source of heating, all rooms, with the exception of the attic and the toilet, have electric heating.
The gîte is a non-smoking accommodation.
You have your own parking space. Electric cars can be charged in the nearby villages of Pionsat and Saint Gervais d’Auvergne.
Petit Pilard has its own terrace and garden facing southeast, where you can enjoy breakfast in the early morning sun. Late in the afternoon, the sun sets behind the hill and you can enjoy the warm summer evenings in the shelter of the landscape.
You look out over the hills of Gouttières and, when the wind is favourable, you can hear the church bells ringing.
The theme of Gouttières is its cats. In the village, you will see beautiful drawings and paintings by various artists who support the theme. There is a walking route for children. Find all the cats of Gouttières! At the village restaurant, La Table de Gouttières, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and/or a good meal.
If you visit our village in June, don’t forget to visit the market called Fête D’Art. For two days, the village is immersed in art and artists display their work. Highly recommended.
