Gîtes :

Gîte Rayon d’Or is modular. It is a 3-bedroom gîte, for 6 people, which can be transformed into 1 2-bedroom gîte, for 4 people + 1 1-bedroom studio for 2 people (accessible with accompanied PRM). Pets allowed.
Child’s chair, stroller, baby-cosy, umbrella bed available on request.

Gîte “Les Lauzes” for 2 people.
This part of the gîte is equipped as an independent studio, and can be linked to the 4-person gîte above by an internal staircase. Ideal for 1 or 2 people, comfortable and in fine materials, beautiful view, quiet. Also perfect for someone working in the area on an occasional short-stay basis. Teleworking possible with wifi and fiber. 1 living room with large bay window opening onto the private terrace made of old slate (in front of the barn). Small kitchen, 2 induction hobs, dining table, living room with sofa. Spacious bedroom with 160 x 210 bed and storage shelves. Large bathroom with PMR shower and separate toilet. Quiet, unoverlooked outdoor space. Partly underground, this gîte stays cool even in the hottest weather. All on one level, first floor.
Accessible by car, parking and independent access.

Le Gîte Rayon d’Or – 2 bedrooms / 4 people.
This gîte is located above the studio, but with an independent entrance from the garden on the second first floor. The soundproofing, in natural materials (wood and flax/hemp fibers), is perfect.
On 2 floors :
On the first floor, a spacious living room, entirely made of natural materials (wood, lime and hemp), with a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a bright dining room and a living room with wood-burning stove. A large suspended terrace, all in natural Douglas fir, shaded by an old ash tree.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 190 with space for a child’s bed + 2 separate beds 90 x 190), bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet.
Beautiful grassy outdoor space with another “green” terrace.
Parking for 2 cars.

And all together, a 6-person gîte on 3 levels : large living room with wood-burning stove, small independent lounge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate wc’s, 2 kitchens, 2 living levels, 3 terraces and lots of outdoor space.
