The owner, a farmer by profession, will be delighted to share his experience and advise you on many possible activities. For moments of relaxation, you can use the large spa (accessible on request) nestled in one of the house’s nooks and crannies, in a tastefully decorated shelter (currently accessible from the owner’s house) shared with the second gîte. The services of a sports coach and foot reflexology massage can be booked on request with the owner. Situated at the rear of the owner’s charming winegrower’s house, the gîte comprises a pleasant, modern kitchen-living room with sofa bed (2 children under 12 admitted free of charge in sofa bed 140×200) and a master suite with double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room. Private WC. Outside, you’ll enjoy a lovely planted terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking nearby. Heating included. For your comfort, the bed is made up on arrival and towels are provided, housekeeping included. You’ll love the goat’s cheese producer, fruit and vegetable vendor and ripening house within walking distance of the gîte, and the organic market in Montaigut-le-Blanc. Numerous visits nearby : Saint Nectaire, Murol, Besse and Saint Anastaise, Issoire, Saint Saturnin, Montpeyroux, Caves of Jonas, Gergovie, Puys Sancy and Puy de Dôme, lakes : Chambon, Aydat, Pavin… Shops and services in Montaigut-le-Blanc 4 km and mainly in Champeix 7 km. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility (access via two steps). Municipal swimming pool 4 km away.
