The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the Résidence de l’Oise (with elevator), 150m from the town center, 50m from the skating rink, tourist office and bowling alley, 100m from the shuttle bus to the Sancy ski slopes, 300m from the thermal baths, 250m from the Capucin funicular.
Off-season rates from 47€ per night with a minimum of 5 nights. Don’t hesitate to ask…

Pets are not allowed.

Large living room-kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, 3-burner induction hob, built-in oven and microwave, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space.
Electric barbecue, pierrade and raclette, toaster, etc… (all equipment new).
Large, comfortable sofa, coffee table and footstool.
108cm flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Wifi type 4/5GB with data limited to 6GB/day (or 42GB/week).
Round table (with extension if required) + 6 chairs.

Balcony-terrace accessible via large sliding glass window with two small tables and 4 chairs + two Lafuma deckchairs. Electric roller shutter.

Separate bedroom with 140cm bed, dressing cupboard, bedside tables, roller shutter.

Mountain corner with 2 90cm bunk beds with shelves/nightshelves, chest of drawers and armchair. The mountain area is separated from the living area by a partition with a glass roof and a door.
Cot and booster seat available on request.

Bathroom with large washbasin, shower and large hot-water tank (200l). Towel radiator.

Individual ski box on first floor.
Large, lockable cellar on first floor for storing bicycles, for example.

Activities in Le Mont Dore :

Downhill skiing :
The resort of Le Mont-Dore, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy, offers a volcanic terrain, with steep slopes and narrow corridors, naturally popular with freeriders and speed-riders.
There are also some great green runs for beginners, who first learn to control their glide before tackling the slopes.
As soon as conditions allow, the link between the ski areas of Le Mont-Dore and Super-Besse is opened. Take the opportunity to discover the slopes on the other side of the Massif du Sancy.

Cross-country skiing :
Altitude : 1149m – 1500m.
49 km of cross-country trails linked to the 284 km of trails in the Sancy Ouest Nordic zone. The Le Mont-Dore cross-country ski base is located at Salon du Capucin, 3 km from the resort.
Other leisure activities
Tyrolean traverse (5 minutes),
Le Mont Dore golf course (4 minutes)
Lac de Guery (10 minutes), Vulcania (45 minutes), funicular du Capucin (2 minutes on foot), source de la Dordogne (5 minutes), bowling, cinema (5 minutes on foot) and numerous walks or hikes on the Sancy massif… not forgetting the region’s gourmet specialties (Saint Nectaire, Cantal, truffade…).
