Located on the first floor of a luxury residence secured by digicode, this large T1 is bright, quiet, road-free, east-facing and equipped with an elevator, private parking and a cellar that can be used as a ski room.

It features :

– a well-equipped kitchen area with appliances : washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove with oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, raclette machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, blender, crockery and furniture : table with two extensions, four chairs, storage units, garbage can and cleaning kit ;

– a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed in an alcove for greater privacy, a two-door wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, as well as two bedside tables and lamps ;

– a pull-out sofa-bed in the lounge area, which can be converted into two 90 cm or one 180 cm double beds, with two storage units, lighting and a coffee table ;

– a bathroom with bathtub, two large drawers under the washbasin, wastebasket and mirror ;

– separate toilet with storage unit ;

– a large hall closet with shelving, hanging space and shoe space.

Located 350 m from the town center, 450 m from the thermal baths, thermal shuttle bus at the residence exit, free resort shuttle bus 200 m away (departure stop Foch) or 100 m away (return stop Les Pradets) running at weekends and during school vacations.

Bed linen, towels, cleaning and other services can be hired from the Conciergerie du Sancy.
