For your spa treatment or vacation in the Auvergne region, we are offering to rent a lovely 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the “Le Bordeaux” residence, in the center of the town of Le Mont Dore, in the heart of the Sancy region.
This apartment benefits from a privileged location right in the center of town, allowing you to make the most of your stay, with numerous shops and restaurants less than 300 m away, the thermal baths 50 m away, a supermarket 700 m away, and a free shuttle bus up to the Sancy at the bottom of the apartment.

The apartment is ideal for 2 or 4 people, with a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and TV, plus a sleeping area with bunk beds comprising a 140 cm bed on the bottom and a 90 cm bed on the top, high-density mattresses.

Comfortable sofa with flat-screen TV, wifi, board games, radio, small desk.

Kitchenette : very functional with all necessary equipment.

Bathroom with large shower, heated towel rail, separate toilet, small south-facing balcony overlooking the park and the Sancy.
