My bright 38 m2 apartment at 49 Avenue de Verdun offers you a dreamy, relaxing and enchanting stopover in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d’Auvergne.

Located in the left-hand turret on the 5th floor of the “Métropole”, a former belle époque spa hotel, it enjoys the privilege of independence, tranquility and silence (double-glazed windows) (elevator to 4th floor).

Ideal for skiers, hikers, curists and vacationers, my apartment can accommodate up to four people.

You’ll be seduced by the beauty and harmony of the landscape :
The Dordogne valley, the town of La Bourboule, the domes of the great thermal baths, the Murat le Quaire hill, the Banne d’Ordanche 1515m massif.
And take advantage of the proximity of the thermal baths, renowned for the quality of their treatments : in particular for asthma and skin diseases… areas of well-being and relaxation within the thermal baths.
Looking at the cures, I’m proposing a special rate for the 3-week cure until June 28, i.e. 600 euros for the 3-week cure.

Electricity not included.

The apartment must be vacated in the condition in which you found it, but cleaning is optional.

A friendly janitor will welcome you, provide you with security and information about the building and the apartment. He will collect your deposit check and your electricity consumption.
