The apartment comprises a living room, a bedroom and a mountain corner, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. To preserve your privacy, the bedroom and mountain area are separated by a fixed partition.

The apartment has a 2-star rating for 4 people, but additional sleeping facilities (bunk bed and sofa bed) are available for overnight guests.

Kitchen equipment includes fridge, 2-burner hob, oven and microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine.
We also provide a cleaning kit, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and clothes dryer.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, vanity unit and toilet. A hair dryer is located in a drawer.

For your entertainment, we’ve provided a TV (you can connect to Netflix with your private codes), free internet access by cable or Wifi, a radio (weather station) with USB and Bluetooth connections, board games and books.

The apartment is well insulated. As its windows open onto an inner courtyard, you won’t be disturbed by street noise.
The residence has an elevator.

In winter, you can store your skis in a locker reserved for you. The Sancy shuttle bus stops at the foot of the building.
