The residence is located at the entrance to the resort, so in winter occupants don’t have to deal with the noise, traffic and parking problems of the resort center. It’s also at the start of the “lower resort” section of the free shuttle bus, which runs every 10 minutes to the ski slopes, so there are plenty of places to sit.

A plus for this residence : Situated on a large private plot planted with trees, it’s also very popular in summer for its “full nature” setting.

Description of accommodation :

Ground floor : Entrance with large closet and shelves, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, bathroom with toilet and shower, living room with large wall-mounted TV and DVD player.
Sofa bed for 2 people.

Upstairs : 2 bedrooms.
The “Parents” bedroom has a 140cm bed and a panoramic view of the entire ski area.
The “Children’s” bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds), TV and DVD player.

The rooms are on the top floor, so there’s no noise above.

Equipment for 2 babies (cots, high chairs, potty, wall-mounted changing table, shower stroller, plates, cutlery).

Balcony closed into a veranda and fitted out (possibility of having lunch there in the summer for 4/5 people), facing the slopes.

In the basement, individual closed box for skis or bikes.

Private parking within the residence.

Small shops and ski rental nearby.

Weekly rentals only during school vacations (Saturday to Saturday).

In winter, short stays outside school are possible at attractive prices.

Summer, school vacations :
Prices according to number of occupants (from 1 to 5 : 15% discount on the 6/8 person rate).

Water and electricity charges included in rental price.
