Located on the 1st floor of the residence, with a beautiful view of the ski slopes, the Perdrix cable car and close to all amenities (bank, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, store, etc.).
The building is equipped with an elevator and a keypad entrance. A closed garage completes the apartment, in the “La Geneste” building opposite the residence, as well as a ski room on the first floor of the residence.
The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
