A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, 1 socket/USB tower, coffee maker, toaster, citrus juicer, electric kettle, 1 raclette machine, 1 crepe maker, 1 steamer and all the utensils, dishes and crockery you’ll need.

A balcony with 1 table and 4 chairs.
One bedroom with blackout blinds, 1 bed 140×190, 1 comforter 220×240 and 2 pillows, 1 closet with hangers, 2 clock radios, 2 bedside tables and lights, 1 cot with 2 extra mattresses and infant hammock, 1 baby booster seat and 1 changing mat. 1 ironing board and 1 iron.

A shower room/WC with 1 spacious shower, 1 washing machine, 1 hairdryer.
A large coat closet in the entrance hall with all the necessary cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop).

On the first floor of the building, a heated, locked communal ski room.
Disposable undersheets are provided, as well as washable undersheets on mattresses and pillows. Bed linen, table linen and towels are not supplied. A service provider in Le Mont-Dore can rent you complete bed linen sets and towels on request, with the possibility of collecting them at any arrival and departure time (I’ll be happy to give you his contact details).

The apartment is located at the foot of the Capucin funicular, built in 1898 and listed as a historic monument. It will take you to the Salon du Capucin at an altitude of 1245 m, where you can hike, play accrobranche or have lunch in the restaurant.
Free shuttles to the Sancy ski slopes (weekends and school vacations) stop close to the building. The thermal baths and the heart of Le Mont-Dore are 350 m away (5-minute walk). If you wish, you can leave your car at home during your stay !
