Our studio is located in the Tour de la Biche residence, the only residence in the Super-Besse resort that lets you take your skis straight out onto the slopes.
Close to the cable car, lifts, shops, resort center and lake.

The fully renovated 24m2 studio is on the 16th floor, with a superb view of the resort, Lac des Hermines and the Monts du Cantal.

Comfort capacity : 4 people
Maximum capacity : 6 people

Entrance to fully-equipped kitchenette (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave oven and mini-oven, fridge-freezer, fondue machine, raclette machine).
An open cabin with 2 140cm bunk beds with blackout curtains
Living room with 140cm rapido sofa, 4-6-person dining area, storage area with Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Multimedia equipment with 82 cm smart TV, Bluetooth speaker.
The studio is connected to the fiber optic network (teleworking possible).
Shower room with WC.
Small balcony.
Box on the first floor of the residence to store your equipment and skis.

On the first floor of the residence, there’s a brasserie-pizzeria “Le Panoramique”, open in summer and winter.
Non-smoking accommodation.

Options available :
1- Linen is not provided. (comforters and pillows are provided).
Possibility of taking the kit by specifying it to us (10 € per person), including :
– one comforter cover,
– two pillowcases,
– fitted sheet,
– one bath towel,
– one hand towel,
– one bath mat,
– two kitchen towels.

2- Cleaning costs 60€.
If you decide to do the cleaning at the end of your stay, and the apartment is in perfect condition (clean and tidy as you found it when you arrived), you won’t have to pay this fee.

Winter sports resort with all facilities and ski lifts at the foot of the residence.
