Come and discover this charming, fully renovated local stone building, part of a former farmhouse. It’s located in the quiet countryside, 5 minutes from the center of the village of Besse-et-St-Anastaise, in the small hamlet of Thiaulaire.
The gîte has been awarded the “3 épis” quality label, and is pleasantly decorated, comfortable and well-equipped.
The gîte has a terrace with garden furniture, a pétanque court and a barbecue, and opens onto a courtyard and a fenced, flower-filled garden where children can play in peace and quiet.
Deckchairs are available for sunbathing in the garden. You
relax by the fire in the evening.
First floor : open-plan living room/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, multi-function oven, etc.), fireplace with insert (€30/stove), WC with washbasin.
1st floor : 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), shower room/WC.
Public parking in front of the gîte.
Superb walks start directly from the gîte, with nearby mountain trails
mountain trails and country lanes in lush green countryside. At
peaceful surroundings, come and enjoy the fresh air along the rivers
rivers in the heart of Auvergne’s lakes and volcanoes (Lac Pavin, puy de
Sancy, Lac Chambon, Lac de Bourdouze, medieval center of Besse, Réserve
Réserve Naturelle Nationale de Chaudefour, Parc des Volcans d’Auvergne…)
