  • Extra person : 6 €.
  • Minimum stay 3 nights on weekdays or 2 nights if arriving on Friday or Saturday.
  • No rental for a single night.
  • 10% discount from 7 consecutive nights booked.
  • An additional €10 is charged for each stay.
  • In the event of failure to comply with the housekeeping rules, a cleaning charge of at least €90 will be billed via the AirBnb platform.
  • For any damage, breakage or theft, the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged, broken or stolen object will be invoiced.
