The studio and heated indoor pool “Plume” are located on the garden level of our house overlooking the Chaudefour Valley, on the GR30, its terrace is south-facing with panoramic views towards the Sancy to the west, and Lake Chambon to the east.
The studio is independent, with secure access
and a code-operated key box.

It comprises :

* Bedroom area :
2-person bed, with linen and sheets provided, 2 pairs of summer and winter slippers, 2 towels and gloves, 2 bath towels/bathrobes, desk console, wardrobe and storage drawers.

* Lounge area :
With views over the Valley and overlooking the indoor pool.
Sofa, board games, documentation on restaurants, hiking, nearby places and visits.
Television with OCS movie subscription, wifi, speakers, TV headphones.
Sewing kit.

* Well-equipped kitchen/dining area, with (small) fan-assisted oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine-percolator, coffee grinder, cooking equipment, raclette machine.
Basic food supplies for your arrival : oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, ground coffee, tea, herbal tea. Small welcome basket (local products : honey, jam, etc.)
Cleaning materials and products, dishwasher tablets.
Vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine, drying rack in shared technical room, drying area in swimming pool room with dehumidifier.

*Shower room-wc, shower, hairdryer, toiletries, soaps,
1st aid kit.
Laundry basket.

Fire extinguisher.

*Indoor pool area :
Free access to the “shared” indoor pool, a small pool with 2.50×3.50 steps and 1m water depth, equipped with counter-current swimming for massage, relaxation and sports swimming.
The facility is equipped with interior blinds to guarantee complete privacy for bathers.
Access is free and shared : you have access to the pool area adjoining your studio, and a small heart marked “free” or “occupied” on each side allows you to use the pool whenever you wish, by indicating your presence when we are at home (on the first floor and 1st floor of the house), and the pool becomes “private” for you in our absence.
The water is heated to 28°C by an outdoor heat pump all year round. Bromine filtration. No chlorine odors. Enclosed, secure pool area. The pool is regularly maintained.

2nd terrace overlooking the Chaudefour Valley, with 2 garden armchairs and ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided).

Parking for your car is located in front of the house on the gravel area opposite the fountain, you go down the passage in the extension of the fountain on the side of the house and access the garden level and your studio is on the right, 1st bay window.

La Guièze, hamlet of Chambon-sur-Lac. Alt.1100m.
5km from Col Croix St Robert, 15km from Mont-Dore and Super-Besse resorts, Besse medieval village, 7km from Château Murol, Lac Chambon (swimming), 10km from St Nectaire.
