The Ulysse apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Nectaire, classified as an outstanding taste site.

This 55 m2 duplex apartment for 4 people has been completely refurbished, offering a cosy space with a charming decor. Located on the first floor of a secure residence, it is composed as follows :
An entrance hall, a toilet, a nicely decorated living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area and dining room.
Upstairs, a corridor with a large closet, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a TV, a shower room and a toilet.

At the foot of the Résidence, you can enjoy the fresh air in the wooded park and relax to the sound of birdsong and the babbling brook.

There’s a private parking space, visitor parking and access to a bike and motorcycle room, if required.
On foot, you can explore the lower part of the town, discovering the most beautiful buildings, and why not take the steps up to the Romanesque church on the heights of the town. Continue on to the dolmens and menhirs, and if you’ve bought your tickets, try out the tree courses, via ferrata and zip line at Parc Aventures.
Lakes, volcanoes, sports, sightseeing, cultural sites and hiking are just some of the activities you can enjoy.
