Welcome to Villa Arvernha, an exceptional B&B offering a subtle blend of history and modernity.
Built at the end of the Art Deco period, this house in the heart of the Auvergne, with a breathtaking view over Lac Chambon and the Chaudefour Valley, has been completely renovated to create an intimate retreat perfect for a relaxing stay in harmony between lake and mountains.

Villa features :
Capacity & Bedrooms
– Capacity : 135m² for 4 people, all on one level. As soon as you enter the back of the house, you can already see the window at the other end of the corridor, which opens onto the lake panorama.
– Bedrooms : A large bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200) or the option of 2 separate single beds, a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower (PRM accessible). The second bedroom also has a king-size bed (180 x 200), private shower room and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoor spa. The villa also features 2 separate toilets.

Living areas
– Living room : This is undoubtedly the room where you’ll never tire of lounging. This space is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, yet it’s no less restful for its soothing atmosphere thanks to natural materials where old wood dominates. It’s a place of contemplation, where you can admire the lake, calm in summer with its boats, sometimes agitated when the wind comes down from the Sancy massif, and frozen when winter comes. The living room is also the place to listen to the crackling of the wood-burning stove, to play board games on the coffee table, to watch your favorite TV series on the giant screen, or simply to read about the legends of the Auvergne.
– Kitchen and dining room : If the living room is a place to relax, the kitchen has been designed in a purely convivial spirit, with 3 levels : a counter space that can be used as a table to eat at, but above all to discuss the menu to follow over a glass of wine, a work surface around which everyone can add their grain of salt, and a table where the 4 of you can eat without turning your back on the lake.
– The brazier : although it’s not in the kitchen but on the terrace, it’s still an important living space in Villa Arvernha. The OFYR brazier offers you a cooking hob on which you can envisage all possible recipes : grills, kebabs, vegetables, omelettes, seafood, fondues, mushrooms, flambéed fruit… easy cooking, the apron awaits you.

Wellness & Entertainment
– Private spa : Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the outdoor spa, set up on the back of the terrace so you can’t be seen but can see everything. The perfect place to recharge your batteries while admiring the panoramic view of Lac Chambon and the Sancy massif.
– Access to the Arvernha Fitness room : enjoy privileged access to the fitness room next to your accommodation, so you don’t lose shape during your vacation.

Outside
– Large terrace : A spacious terrace designed for relaxation and contemplation. Fitted out with contemporary garden furniture, it’s the ideal place to enjoy a coffee at sunrise and watch the day rise over the lake and the passing of a hot-air balloon, or savor a dinner while watching the sun pass behind the mountain offering its most beautiful colors in the valley, while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Auvergne.
