This 50s villa enjoys a unique location on Lac d’Aydat with a splendid view. It faces due south. The large garden around the house with many trees ensures total tranquility. The garden is equipped with a swing set with 2 swings that will delight children. The villa is on 2 levels : the 2 levels open onto the garden, facilitating outdoor living. There are 2 bedrooms on each level. The entrance terrace opens directly onto the lower level. On the south side, the large exterior lava stone staircase leads to the upper level, which also opens onto the garden via the terraces. The 2 levels are linked by a light-filled internal staircase on the north side. Each level of the house has its own bathroom and WC. The 2-level layout allows 2 families of friends to enjoy their own privacy, or teenagers to sleep downstairs for greater peace and quiet. The large terrace at the end of the property allows you to park your car without any worries, as well as riding your bike and playing pétanque. Please let me know if you have an electric car.

The house is well-heated with central heating that also produces hot water. This family home will welcome you in an Auvergne atmosphere, with its vast fireplace in white St-Nectaire stone, small-paned windows, Auvergne-style oak furniture, large comfortable beds and large family wardrobes in the bedrooms.
An eighth bed can be added in the children’s bedroom. This is a comfortable traditional house with lots of charm. A built-in kitchen has been fitted for added convenience. I have many memories of summer vacations spent in this house. Come and write your own family story ……
