Large living room of 24 m² (with two windows overlooking the Sancy valley) equipped with a sofa bed, television and a large family table for 10 people.
The fully-equipped kitchen is approx. 13 m² with two large windows.
On the upper floor of the duplex : three bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and private shower room, plus a 90cm mobile bed, another with three 90cm beds and the third with a 160cm bed. Another bathroom is shared by all three bedrooms. A cot and high chair are available.
Separate toilet on each floor.
Plenty of storage space, large 300 L water heater, entrance under veranda that can be used as ski room.

For larger families of 16 people, you can rent the whole house (two independent apartments in the same house).
Summer : shuttle bus stop in front of the house.
Winter : free shuttle bus stop opposite the post office, 5-minute walk to the ski resort and Nordic ski area (runs weekends outside school vacations and during Christmas and winter school vacations).

This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Cleaning : On departure, if the rental is clean as when you arrived, there is no cleaning charge. Otherwise, a cleaning charge of €50 applies.
