Small ground-floor apartment ideal for a couple or single occupant. Ideally located in a quiet street adjacent to the town center, about 200m from the train station and 500m from La Bourboule’s thermal baths.

The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A small outdoor area is also available. To access the apartment, you’ll find the keys in a key box at the front door.

The building is secured with a digicode, and a laundry room with a washing machine is shared by all 3 apartments. An individual ski locker is also available on the first floor.

Free street parking is also easily available.

We don’t charge a cleaning fee and rely on everyone’s conscientiousness, so we ask you to leave the apartment clean when you leave : clean the bathroom and toilets, fold the comforters on the beds, clean the kitchen (oven, sink, fridge, surfaces) and vacuum everywhere. Everything in the apartment is at your disposal for this purpose.
