This well-equipped two-bedroom apartment is located in a two-storey house in which three other studios and a T2 are also available for rent.

This furnished apartment includes :
– A fully-equipped kitchenette with oven and microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and various appliances and kitchen utensils.
– The living room includes a sofa bed that converts into a 2nd bed (sleeps 2).
– A bedroom with a comfortable bed and dressing area. The bedroom has an internal window that doesn’t overlook the street, so it’s very quiet.
– A bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC (a hairdryer is provided, as well as all the equipment needed for routine maintenance of the apartment, including household products).

From the 1st floor corridor, you have access to a semi-covered outdoor terrace, and from the 2nd floor to a shared mini-laundry room with a washing machine.
On the first floor, a ski and bike room is accessible to all.
