Arvernha Resorts invites you to stay in this very comfortable villa just opposite Lac Chambon with your family or friends. This beautiful 100 m² house has an enclosed garden with two terraces, one shaded and the other sunny, depending on your wishes, garden furniture, a barbecue and a swing to enjoy a lascivious view of the lake or the Sancy massif to the west, where the sun sets.
The fully-equipped kitchen is highly functional, and its sliding glass door separates the kitchen from the living room without losing visual contact. Large bay windows give the living room plenty of natural light, making meals and breaks in the lounge a pleasure.
On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (140*190 beds) and a shower room with separate toilet. Upstairs, after the small mezzanine, 2 further bedrooms (1 x 160*200 and 2 x 90*190 beds) can accommodate a total of 8 people. A bathroom with WC is also available on this level.
For added comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, and wifi is available in the accommodation.

The closed garage provides parking for cars, motorcycles, bicycles and strollers.
