- Rates do not include :
- Cleaning fee (excluding kitchen) : 45€ for 2 nights max and 75€ for more than 2 nights
- Tourist tax
- Rental of bed linen and towels.

Dogs allowed : Subject to the owner’s agreement. We reserve the right to refuse any request that is not appropriate for the accommodation rented.
Pets must be kept on a leash in the house and courtyard.
The apartment must be left free of hair on furniture and fabrics : this is not included in the cleaning fee ! Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security deposit.
Pets are not allowed in the courtyard.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
