Château de Péchot

Aulhat-Flat

The castle of Péchot has dominated the Ailloux valley with its 4 round towers since the Middle Ages. Exceptional sundial. Information panels to understand the place and the castle.

This private property was bought by our ancestor in 1906, and has not become a ruin thanks to farming. For the past 30 years, our farming activity has been aimed at maintaining and restoring the site. We welcome the public free of charge. It’s a Philippian-style château, modified in the 17th century.
