Jumeaux

As early as 1630, and perhaps earlier, Jumeaux had a chapel dedicated to Saint-Abdon, where a vicar celebrated 12 masses a year. A larger building dedicated to Notre-Dame du Bon Secours was built on the site in the 18th century and enlarged in 1869.

The main building is a fine neo-Romanesque structure with a semi-circular north chevet, vast nave and wide adjoining aisles. Inside, monumental pillars in Volvic stone or arkose, topped with capitals, support the barrel vault.
