Notre-Dame Church
Lapeyrouse
This church is recongnisable thanks to it’s three equally sized chapels and the staircase thats acesses the bell tower, this takes the same form as the chapel. The church underwent a large restoration programme from 2009 to 2013.
It features a highly atypical, asymmetrically decorated nave, the result of a 19th-century reconstruction of the south side of the church. The capitals of the Saint-Pierre chapel feature a problematic iconography linked to the life of the saint.
