Notre-Dame Church
Lapeyrouse
This church is recongnisable thanks to it’s three equally sized chapels and the staircase thats acesses the bell tower, this takes the same form as the chapel. The church underwent a large restoration programme from 2009 to 2013.
It has a nave with a highly unusual asymmetrical decoration, the result of a reconstruction on the south side of the church in the 19th century. The capitals in the Saint-Pierre chapel raise an iconographic question linked to the life of the saint.
